SMOKED OYSTER DIP 
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped canned pimiento
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can smoked oysters, drained and chopped

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, onion, pimiento and oysters. Mix cheese. Chill. Serve with crackers or chips. Makes 1 cup.
