8 eggs
3/4 c. skim milk
12 slices homemade bread

Mix eggs and milk into a medium bowl. Dip each slice into egg mixture, coating both sides. Cook on stove medium-high heat, lightly brown both sides. Serve warm with butter and maple syrup. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
