OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE 
1 loaf frozen bread (1 lb.)
1 pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant (3 oz.)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cut bread into walnut size pieces. Place pieces of frozen dough in well buttered bundt pan. Mix together the pudding, sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Pour melted butter over frozen dough and sprinkle with pudding mixture. Leave out overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
