BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. butter

Cut fish into serving size portions. Rinse fish and pat dry. Mix cheese, cornmeal and seasonings in a flat pan. Coat each fish piece with the mixture and place the fish in a glass square dish. Drizzle butter over fish. Bake about 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness at 350 degrees or until middle is done. Makes 4 servings. (Spray glass dish with Pam before placing fish in the dish.)
