BAKED FILLETS PARMESAN 
1 lb. fish fillets
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Milk
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Place fish in greased baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice. In saucepan melt butter. Blend in flour, nutmeg, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain mushrooms; save and measure liquid and add milk to make 1/2 cup. Add to flour mixture and stir until smooth and thick. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with mushrooms and cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
