NO-ROLL PASTRY 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cold milk
1/2 c. cooking oil

Sift dry ingredients in a pie pan. Combine oil and milk in a measuring cup. Whip with fork and pour into dry ingredients. Mix with fork until flour is dampened. Press evenly in pie pan. For baked shell, prick with fork and bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake until done.
