ROCK-N-ROLL PASTRY 
1 (9 inch) pie crust

Mix together:

1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt

Pour into 1 measuring cup (but do not stir together) :

1/3 c. Wesson oil
3 tbsp. cold whole milk

Then pour all at once into flour. Stir until mixed. Press with hands into smooth ball. Flatten slightly. Place between two sheets of waxed paper (12 inch square). Roll gently until circle reaches edges of paper. Peel off top paper. Then lift and place (paper side up) in 9 inch pie pan. Carefully peel off paper. Gently ease and fit pastry into pan. Build up fluted edges.
