TENDER NO-ROLL PIE PASTRY 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. cold milk

Mix flour, sugar and salt in 9 or 10-inch pie pan. Add mixture of oil and milk, mix well with fork. Pat over bottom and side of pan. May pre-bake pie shell by pricking with fork and baking at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden.
