STIR-N-ROLL PIE PASTRY 
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cold whole milk

Makes 2 crust 9 inch pie. A very old Betty Crocker recipe my mom used to use.

Mix flour and salt slightly with fork. Pour both oil and milk into measuring cup together.

All at once pour liquid into flour mixture and stir lightly just until mixed. Divide in halve and roll each half between 2 sheets wax paper until they are slightly larger than pie tin. Remove top sheet of wax paper. Carefully lift other sheet with crust on it, crust side into pie tin. Gently lift off second sheet wax paper. Fill and repeat with top.
