STIR AND ROLL PASTRY FOR TWO PIE
CRUSTS
 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. milk

Mix flour and salt. Pour oil and milk into flour. Mix well. Press into ball. Cut in half. Roll out each half between wax paper.

If pastry seems to be a little stiff, add 2 tablespoons of water.
