GREEN ENCHILADAS | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 3/4 c. evaporated milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 lb. pasteurized cheese 1 pkg. green onion dip mix 1 sm. can green chilies 1 sm. jar pimentos 1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese 1 c. chopped onion 1 doz. tortillas (corn) Combine beef, salt and garlic salt and brown in skillet. Heat together soup, milk and pasteurized cheese. Add onion dip mix, green chilies, and pimentos. Combine Longhorn cheese and onion with meat. Soften tortillas in hot oil. Drain. Fill each tortilla with meat mixture; roll tightly; place in shallow 8 x 10 inch baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over rolled tortillas. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8 generous servings. |
