GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. burrito mix
6 lg. flour tortillas
Grated cheese to taste
Chopped onion to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 sm. can condensed milk

Mix burrito seasoning and ground beef according to directions on package. Heat tortillas in microwave about 10 seconds to soften (one at a time). Roll beef, cheese and onion in tortillas and lay in pan.

Heat soup, chilies, and milk on low until slightly thickened. Pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with grated cheese and onion if desired. Bake at 350 degrees to melt cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
