CINCINNATI CHILI
6 c. chicken broth
1 can (small) tomato paste
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey or beef

Combine broth, tomato paste, onion, celery, garlic and seasoning in large pot; bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Crumble raw turkey into mixture. Bring to simmer. Reduce heat and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I usually double recipe and add flour to thicken. Serve over pasta. We like spaghetti
