FESTIVE POTATO SALAD 
2 avocados
2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
Clove of garlic, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. onions
1/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice

Add mayonnaise and lemon juice last. Then chill in refrigerator.
