FESTIVE RICE SALAD 
3 c. rice, cooked
1 (5 oz.) can Bryan Vienna sausage, cut in sm. slices
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can peas and carrots, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Chill. Serves 6-8.
