PEACHY BEAN SKILLET | |
1/2 lb. bologna or wieners, cut in 1" chunks 2 tbsp. catsup 2 (16 oz.) cans pork & beans 1 (16 oz.) can sliced cling peaches In medium skillet over medium heat, cook bologna (wieners) until slightly browned. Stir in catsup and beans and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, drain peaches (reserving syrup to use another day). Add peaches to bean mixture and heat through. Makes 6 servings. |
