LITTLE CHEESECAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafer cookies
1 can cherry pie filling

Slowly beat softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, making sure each one is blended in before adding the next. Takes about 10 minutes. Add sugar and vanilla, blend well.

Put a cookie in bottom of paper lined muffin cups and fill each 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on rack. Top with cherry filling.
