LITTLE'S CHEESE CAKE 
24 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese. Beat well with other ingredients. Pour in cupcake papers. Cook 40 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool for 5 minutes then put on topping mix and bake 5 more minutes. Garnish with strawberry jam.
