SEVEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot pork sausage
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 can chili beans
1 can butter lima beans with ham, kidney beans or pork and beans
1 can garbonzo beans
1 can lima beans
1/2 c. vinegar
1 can green chilies, chopped

Saute sausage with celery and onion. Add soup, brown sugar and mustard. Drain some liquid from chili beans and butter limas (or kidney or pork and beans) and add to mixture. Drain all liquid from green beans, garbonzo and lima beans and add to mixture with the vinegar and chopped chilies - bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or put in crockpot for several hours on low. Serves a crowd.
