2/3 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. each sesame seeds and roasted wheat germ
4 tsp. each garlic powder and parsley flakes
1 tbsp. thyme leaves
2 tsp. sage leaves
1 tsp. each salt and pepper

Place in large plastic bag. Shake bag to mix thoroughly. Store tightly in refrigerator. Makes about 2 cups.
