1 c. pancake mix
1 c. corn meal
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix together; roll fish in it and fry in oil or add 1 beaten egg and enough beer to make medium batter. Dip fish and deep fry. Store unused mix in freezer.
