THAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or chicken or pork, whatever
15 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. thin egg noodles
3 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
Onions & peppers to taste, optional
Garlic salt to taste
1 c. or more grated Cheddar cheese

Saute ground beef. Add garlic salt, tomato sauce, onions and peppers. Simmer about 10 minutes. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain.

Mix together cream cheese and sour cream. Layer ingredients in casserole dish, beginning with noodles, meat sauce, sour cream mixture, ending with grated cheese on top. Cover and bake approximately 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
