1 (1 lb.) pkg. "hot" Jimmy Dean sausage
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) can "mild" Rotel, drained
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained
1 bag Frito scoops

In a large skillet, prepare hot sausage and drain grease. Add cream cheese, drained Rotel, drained black beans and drained corn to skillet. Stir until cream cheese melts.

Serve hot or cold. You may substitute hot sausage with mild sausage and use hot Rotel instead.
