GRAHAM CRACKERS 
2 c. flour
2 c. graham or whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. warm water

Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl. In a small bowl, combine butter, honey and water. Heat 20 seconds in microwave. Mix into flour mixture well. Knead into ball. Grease 2 baking sheets. Divide dough in half. Roll out each half very thin, to make a 6 x 9 inch rectangle. With a very sharp knife cut dough into 3-inch squares. Do no separate, score a line down the center with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees until edges are golden and center firm. Cool completely. Store in airtight container. Makes 12 (3 inch) crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
