EASY GRAHAM CRACKERS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour or graham flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. salt

Blend all ingredients together for 3 minutes. Divide into halves. Roll out on cookie sheet, dusted with flour. Score 2 inch squares and prick with fork. Bake on the middle rack of a preheated 425 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Cut along scored lines while still warm.
