SWEDISH PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 c. flour 2 eggs 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained Mix together well. Bake in oiled pan 40 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 lg. cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together. |
