CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
1/2 c. butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned & skinned

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow dish. Melt butter. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Dip chicken in butter, then in bread crumbs, coating well. Arrange in foil lined pan. Pour over remaining butter mixture. Bake 50-60 minutes.
