BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed

2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard 4 whole chicken breasts

Line a 9x13 pan with foil.

Combine first 4 ingredients (coating). Put in shallow dish and mix.

Melt butter, add garlic and saute. Remove from heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Dip chicken in butter mixture then in bread crumb mixture. Coat well. Arrange in single layer in dish. Pour remaining butter mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
