HERB BAKED FISH AND RICE 
1 1/2 c. hot chicken bouillon
1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. unbreaded fish fillets (thawed)
Paprika
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In an 8 x 12 inch baking dish, combine bouillon, uncooked rice and seasonings. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with broccoli, 1/2 can onions and Parmesan cheese. Place fillets diagonally down the center of the dish. Sprinkle fish lightly with paprika.

Bake covered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes. Stir rice. Top fish with Cheddar cheese and remaining fried onions. Bake uncovered for 3 minutes. Serves 3-4.
