BUTTER HERB BAKED FISH 
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed saltines
1/2 tsp. basil, dried
1/2 tsp. oregano, dried
1/2 tsp. salt, if desired
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. sole

In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan melt butter in preheated oven (350 degrees). Meanwhile, combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic. Dip the fish fillet in butter, then in the crumb mixture. Arrange the fillets in the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the fish is tender.
