HERB BAKED FISH 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. crushed soda crackers
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or granules
1 lb. fillet fish of your choice (thawed & drained)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan and melt in preheated oven. Combine cracker crumbs, cheese and all seasonings.

In shallow dish, beat the egg and milk together. Dip the fillets in the egg/milk mixture then in the cracker mixture. Arrange in the preheated 9 x 13 inch pan with the melted butter. Bake 20 minutes, turn fillets over and bake another 20 minutes.
