HERB BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish (frozen or fresh)
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
Dash of pepper
1 sm. bay leaf
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion rings
1/2 to 2/3 c. light cream

Place frozen or fresh fish in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish; dot with butter and sprinkle with seasoning. Add bay leaf. Arrange onion rings over top and pour cream over all. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven about 40 to 50 minutes. Garnish with thin lemon slices and parsley, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
