CRUNCHY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
5-6 chicken breasts (remove skin)
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine onion, cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk. Then coat with cheese mixture. Place in baking dish; pour butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
