CRUNCHY CHICKEN BAKE | |
1 env. Lipton cream of chicken flavor cup-a-soup 1/3 c. hot water Chicken breast 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix 1 tbsp. butter, melted Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, blend cup-a-soup with water. Dip chicken in soup mixture, then in bread crumbs. In 1 quart oblong baking dish, place chicken and drizzle with butter. Bake 45 minutes or until tender. Serves 2. |
