CRUNCHY PARMESAN CHICKEN 
8 1/2 or 4 whole boneless chicken breasts, all skin & fat removed
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
3 oz. can French fried onions, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine onions, cheese, crumbs, and seasonings. Dip chicken in egg and milk. Coat with cheese mixture. Place in large flat glass dish and pour butter over all. Leftover cheese mixture, put on top of chicken before pouring butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
