FISH FRY (INDIA STYLE) 
3 fish fillets (I use tilapia)
oil, for frying

INDIAN SEASONING MIX:

3 tbsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. vegetable oil

Mix all the spices along with 1 teaspoon of oil. Apply the mix over fish fillets evenly.

Heat a pan over medium heat with enough oil for frying. Once oil is heated fairly, place the fillets.

Evenly cook both the sides of fillets for around 5 to 8 minutes.
