PICNIC OR CROWD SIZE POTATO
SALAD
 
5 med. onions
3 c. celery, diced
10 lbs. potatoes, cubed
3 c. chopped pickles
3 c. green peppers
12 eggs, boiled, chopped
5 tbsp. mustard
1 pt. mayonnaise
Pickle vinegar to taste

Mix all ingredients together; add to potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika on top.
