CHICKEN SALAD 
5-6 lb. chicken, stewed, cubed
2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. bottle stuffed green or black olives
4 sm. sweet pickles, diced
1 1/2 c. pecans
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 16.
