QUICK MIX WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES
2 cups whole-wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Stir together dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened (batter may be lumpy). Cook on preheated griddle until bubbles form and edges start to dry. Flip and cook until lightly browned. I like to serve with sliced strawberries and bananas, drizzled with honey.

I wasnt sure how they would turn out, but was happy to hear they weren't tough, so I tried them. They were pretty good. But I am not so used to whole wheat flour yet. I think some sugar might help. We also added apples and cinnamon, yum! I'd use this recipe again, just maybe add sugar.

Really good! I used light vanilla soy milk instead and they turned out great! Next time I might try adding a little cinnamon also.

YUM! I love easy recipes and this takes the Pan-cake! I halved the recipe added vanilla and half mashed banana (good suggestion, they were going bad:) ) and crushed pecan, substituted olive oil for vegitable. It is really delicious!

Loved this recipe, I omitted the salt. I did add a ripe banana and some ground walnuts as well as a teaspoon of vanilla. Also I used skim milk in place of whole milk. I am so thrilled these pancakes tasted gourmet. Next time I plan on using fat free Greek yogurt in place of the milk.

Thank you... I need to eat more whole wheat foods. I searched the most common places but, yours is by far , the least complicated. I turn-up my nose when foods are way too busy for me... Thank you again..

So easy. So good. It is a dense mix, but whole wheat mixes usually are. I will never buy premixed whole wheat pancake mix again. Just add blueberries...

I was surprised that such a simple recipe turned out such good results. I'll cut the salt way down next time but this is my new go-to recipe for pancakes. Thanks!
