CRUNCHY HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. elbow macaroni uncooked
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham or luncheon meat
10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. milk
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
1 c. cheese, grated
3 oz. can French fried onions

Cook macaroni. Combine macaroni and ham in a 3 quart casserole. Blend soup, sour cream and milk, pouring half the mixture over the ham and macaroni. Arrange broccoli on top. Pour remaining sauce over broccoli and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with fried onions and bake 5 minutes more.
