CRUNCHY TOP HAM AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. cubed cooked ham
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a 13x9 baking pan or dish.

Mix together topping:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Put on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
