COOL WHIP S'MORES 
1/3 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 pkg. chocolate covered graham crackers, about 40

Mix chocolate chips and marshmallows into Cool Whip topping. Spread some of this mixture on top of one of the crackers about 1/2 inch thick, put another cracker on top. Repeat this process until you've used all the crackers. Freeze the S'mores until firm, about 4 hours. If you want to keep the S'mores in freezer for up to 2 weeks, wrap them before freezing.
