BEEF SHORT RIBS 
2 lbs. thin sliced beef short ribs, cut in pieces
2 whole scallions
2 sm. pieces garlic
3 tsp. sesame oil
5 tsp. soy sauce
5 tsp. sugar
1/3 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. chopped pear

Wash the scallion and garlic cleanly, then chop. Pour the soy sauce into a big bowl. Add the chopped scallion, garlic, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper, and chopped pear. Place the short ribs into the bowl. Keep the short ribs on a cooking tray one by one in the oven. Broil the short ribs for 5 to 10 minutes.
