RARE RIB ROAST BEEF 
1 (2 rib or 3 rib) roast beef
Kraft reg. French dressing (not diet), chilled
Garlic salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Salt (garlic) generously and pepper roast. Completely cover it with chilled French dressing. Bake approximately 25 minutes until fat is charred looking.

Lower oven to 350 degrees and cook an additional 30 minutes for each rib (1 hour for 2-rib, 1 1/2 hours for 3-rib). Do not use this recipe on any other cut of roast - it will not be good!
