Rave-Bringing Beef Ribs

It seems impossible that such a simple recipe could produce such delicious ribs--but it does! These ribs were wonderful! There was NO coffee flavor, NO smoke flavor--just deliciousness! I followed the recipe exactly, except: I wrapped the cut-apart ribs in foil, then, lacking a grill, broiled them for a few minutes on each side. My husband said the best part was the crunchy broiled meat. The liquid from the ribs was clear. I would never have believed this coffee-based recipe would work, but it is absolutely, positively, a winner!

Unbelievable that so simple could be so good. Great for a crowd because there is so little to do. Will be making this again very, very soon.

The best beef rib recipe in the oven! Family absolutely loved it and it was the easiest to do! This is on my favorite list to cook.
