2 c. Bisquick
3 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. Crisco or butter, melted
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 apples, sliced as for pie

Put Bisquick, sugar, butter and egg together. Add milk and mix good. Put in greased pan and put apples on top. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
