SHRIMP AND RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked according to directions
2 green onions, sliced thin
12 stuffed green olives, sliced
6 oz. sm. shrimp
4 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Drain liquid from artichoke hearts; mix with mayonnaise and curry powder. Mix dressing with all other ingredients. Chill.
