SHRIMP - RICE SALAD 
1 (4-6 oz.) pkg. frozen, cooked sm. shrimp
1/4 c. minced onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
1/4 c. celery, chopped
3 c. minute rice
Ott's French dressing

Cook rice according to directions on box. Cool. Add all other ingredients, except Ott's dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add Ott's dressing to taste when serving or just let people add their own.
