PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
3 to 6 pork chops cut tick
1 c. long cooking rice
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 green pepper
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper

In large iron skillet brown pork chops. Remove chops and place rice in skillet. Slice onions and green pepper and put over rice. Season with salt and pepper. Place pork chops on top and pour tomatoes over all and add 1/2 to 1 cup water. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
