PORK CHOP - RICE CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 lean pork chops
2 c. minute rice
2 cans bouillon soup

Saute onion and green pepper in skillet until golden brown and tender. Brown pork chops. Pour soup and 1 can of water into skillet. Add rice. Season to taste. Cover skillet and simmer 30 minutes.
